Nigerian writers are invited to apply for participation in a free creative writing workshop in Lagos from 17-26 September.

The workshop is being organised by Farafina Trust, a non-profit literary organisation set up by the hugely popular and successful young Nigerian writer Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie and her Nigerian publisher Muhtar Bakare.

Participants will receive instruction in the elements of creative writing from Adichie herself, as well as from other award-winning African and international authors including the Kenyan writer and founding editor of the
