The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Luis Moreno Ocampo, has accused six high-ranking Kenyan politicians of being behind the post election violence in January 2008 between supporters of Mwai Kibaki (now president) and Raila Odinga (now prime minister), which left at least 1,200 people dead and 300,000 homeless.
