Leading up to Heritage Day on 24 Sept Iziko Mobile Museum travels to locations in Western Cape to discover the “museum without walls”. Driftsands Nature Reserve on 19 Sept, Ikyaha le themba (Hout Bay) 20 Sept, Bonteheuwel Public Library on 23 Sept and Robertson Lenteskou 26-28 Sept.

On Heritage Day all Iziko museums are open free of charge including the Castle of Good Hope and the Planetarium. Iziko Museums
