Worst of Both Worlds

24 July-4 August 2012. This theatre play, entitled Worst of Both Worlds, is written and directed by Bulelani Mabutyana and stars Thando Suselo, Lubabalo Nontwana.

It tells the story of a young girl, who is abducted from South Arica at an early age and sent abroad, where she is obliged to work as a prostitute. As she grows up and reaches her twenties, she manages to escape and return to her homeland. Unfortunately history repeats itself and is once again trafficked and turned into a slave, but this time in her own country.

This play is performed in English and isiXhosa and is not suitable for children under 13.
