9 Feb 2010. This concert is performed by the Hadouk Trio, comprising the saxophonist and flautist Didier Malherbe, Loy Ehrlich and Steve Shehan, who play Oriental, African, Celtic and South American moods.

Malherbe, from France, helped found the legendary Gong jazz group, which has worked with Jacques Higelin, Brigitte Fontaine and Robert Wyatt among others.

Ehrlich, also from France, is a pioneer of rock jazz as well as one of the artistic co-directors of the Essaouira Festival, which every year reunites the best world and jazz artists. He plays the kora, Moroccan hajouj and keyboards and has worked with musicians such as Youssou N'Dour, Toure Kunda, Geoffrey Oryema and Peter Gabriel.

The American Shehan is a percussionist and has recorded several solo albums and played alongside Brian Eno, Herbie Hancock, Paul McCartney and Paul Simon.
