24-30 May 2007. The British Council has two lectures lined up for the end of May. The first is the inaugural lecture of the Professor Adu Boahen Memorial Lectures series on the issue of free speech (24 May). The event will also see the launch of the Adu Boahen Foundation in memory of the eminent Ghanaian historian Adu Boahen, who died last year. This is followed on 30 May by a lecture on
