Ethiopian Airlines launched a new service to Maputo on 5 December. Flights depart Addis Ababa three days a week on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday with the return flight operating the same day.

The flights from Addis leave at 09.15 arriving Maputo at 13.35 and take off on the return flight back to Addis at 14.25.

Maputo becomes Ethiopian Airlines 38th destination in Africa.
