UN Nairobi office to be upgraded.

United Nations (UN) secretary-general Ban Ki-moon has decided to appoint a director-general to oversee the UN Environment Programme and the UN Human Settlements Programme (Habitat) in a move that will grant the two UN programmes based in Nairobi the same status as those headquartered in Vienna and Geneva.
