30 November 2010. The Italian Cultural Institute in Nairobi dedicates an evening to Italian cuisine and wines of its culture and great traditions. This event, conducted by Dalia Masia, sommelier and member of the Italian Sommeliers Association, will offer a journey through typical Italian gastronomical specialties, such as cheeses, cakes and other dishes prepared by the Italian cook Lilliana Novellino, and wines from northern Italy, such as Franciacorta, Pinto Grigio, Amarone della Valpolicella.
