16-17 July 2011. The Film Forward Festival is part of an exchange programme designed to promote cross-cultural understanding, collaboration and dialogue through the projection of movies and conversations with filmmakers.
On screen will be a great selection of international movies such as Udaan (IND), Last Train Home (CHI), La Mission (USA), Afghan Star (UK) and A Small Act (USA).
Before travelling to Goethe Institute this festival will take place at Kenyan refugee camps in Kakuma and Dadaab and at the slums of Kibera and Mathare in Nairobi.
