24 June 2011. On the anniversary of its 50 years in Ghana, Goethe Institute organizes this panel discussion on Assessing the Impact on the Cultural Landscape of Two Countries.

The panel discussion will bring together stakeholders from the fields of culture, language studies and development such as Dr. Esi Sutherland as a moderator, Dr. Sebastian Bemile (Goethe-Medal winner), Charles Amoah, Akosua Ofori Mensah (Sub Saharan publishers), Paa John, Fara Awindor (lecturer at NAFTI), Alba Simprim and Benard Akoi Jackson (visual artist).

The events focuses on the impact of the many cultural activities and programmes organized by Goethe over the years in Ghana on the Ghanaian population as well as on the cultural and social development of this country. On this occasion participants will be also able to discuss future programs and goals.
