Hayani

This play, entitled Hayani, is written and performed by Nat Ramabulana and Atandwa Kani, directed by Warren Nebe, famous South African theatre director and dreama therapist. In Venda, a South African dialect, Hayani means home, a word which the two actors will explore in this play. Starting with the personal stories of the two protagonists, it will develop into a complex, poignant journey to discover the meaning of being South Arican in contemporary society. This dynamic acting duo was widely acclaimed during the premiere of Hayani, at the National Arts Festival in 2009.

Not suitable for children under 13.
