Raw Silk

This dance drama, entitled Raw Silk, was written by the nationally acclaimed producer and choreographer Glenda Jones and is performed by the Afrika Ablaze dancers, a group of singers, actors and dynamic dancers. It offers a journey through the dark underworld of poor street children, who live a daily human tragedy made of hopelessness and sadness in a constant struggle to survive. But these small protagonists never abandon their great sense of humour and strong will to be happy with what they have.
