11 Feb 2009. The February edition of the monthly Words and Pictures (WAPI) arts festival at the British Council features artists from Tanzania, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Uganda, Kenya and the United Kingdom. The musical line-up includes traditional music group Twetulobo from Tanzania, which came to fame through regular performances at WAPI in Dar es Salaam, and Kenyan rap duo Wenyeji. There will also be a fashion show at 17.00. WAPI starts at 15.00.
