Opening of the exhibition by the Addis artist, Wendimagegn Gashaw who had his first solo show at the Alliance Ethio-Française in 2011.
Born in 1985 Gashaw is a realist painter who works with the people and faces around him in his home area of Ferensay Legasion which is now destined for redevelopment.
He trained at Abyssinia Fine Arts School where he now teaches.
