28 February-13 March 2012. The Italian Institute organizes this Wine Tasting Course, conducted by Dalia Masia, taster and sommelier of the Italian Sommeliers Association.
This course will start with a brief introduction to the wine tasting and production, which will consist of a visual, olfactory and taste analysis and the taste of Italian and international wines. It will be followed by an outline of wine making, which will focus on the production of white, red, sweet and sparkling wine. Then there will be a brief overview of the worldwide wine production and a brief overview of the most important Italian wines.
