Kenya Airways is to launch direct flights from Nairobi to the Indian capital New Delhi, from 15 May.
The four times a week service will depart Nairobi every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 13.50 and arrive in New Delhi at 23.30. The return flights leave New Delhi every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 00.50, arriving in Nairobi at 05.30.
After Mumbai, New Delhi is Kenya Airways’ second destination in India, Kenya’s sixth largest trading partner.
The company intends to open four more Indian destinations as part of its 10-year expansion plan, which would see it go from its current 56 to 115 global destinations by 2021.
