Lagos state governor Babatunde Fashola has officially inaugurated the Falomo On-Ramp bridge. It is 115 m long and has cost N2.5 billion to build in a public-private partnership (PPP) deal financed mainly by the private sector. Lekki Concession Company has been responsible for construction.

The bridge will improve traffic in the direction of Ikoyi along the westbound lanes of Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue on Victoria Island and will make access easier along Adeyemo Alakija Street intersection. Although the bridge is mainly designed for cars there is also a footpath.

The on-ramp facility is part of the project for the reconstruction and expansion of the Eti-Osa Lekki-Epe expressway.
