The Tax Authority of Mozambique (AT) has announced a campaign to regularise foreign vehicles and boats in Mozambique under the temporary vehicle import regime. Owners of vehicles or boats registered outside the country should present themselves at an AT office with the ownership certificate or temporary vehicle import permit. The campaign will last until 20 January 2009, after which all foreign vehicles without valid papers will be confiscated.
