Lagos state government has announced plans to roll out a fleet of 200 taxis in the metropolis. The new service, which will complement the existing commercial taxi system, is being offered in partnership with Corporate Cab Services Limited, a private company. The cabs, Honda City cars, will operate from 06.00 to 22.00 and charge N20 per minute of journey time. The initiative follows the introduction of the so-called
