The Tanzanian government has granted the Karibu Travel and Tourism Fair (KTTF) a 20-hectare site to build a permanent venue in Kisongo, a satellite town of Arusha.

The prime minister Mizengo Pinda said that over the last 12 years the fair had played a significant role in boosting the country's tourism sector, which last year contributed almost 18 per cent of the country
