Lagos celebrates the fifth annual photo festival with the theme Staging Reality, Documenting Fiction.
Contemporary African photographers look at the boundaries between photography and truth, fact and fiction, pushing the boundaries of traditional photographic techniques and narratives to explore changes in the continent.
The festival includes exhibitions, workshops and discussion groups. During the month-long event huge blow-up prints are displayed on public spaces throughout the city.
