15-25 Nov 2007. Twenty artists from different countries and of different ages and experience come together at the Kokrobitey Institute just outside Accra for a ten-day workshop led by Atta Kwami, senior lecturer at the department of painting and sculpture of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, and artist Daniel Kojo. The public is invited to view the results on 25 Nov. The workshop is organized by SaNsA, which is part of the family of Triangle Workshops founded by British arts patron Robert Loder and British sculptor Anthony Caro in 1982 to give artists from different parts of the world the opportunity to work together over a long period of time. For more information see the SaNsA website.
