The Lake Basins Art Exhibition

5-16 May 2011. The Lake Basins Art Exhibition displays over 100 pieces of art by artists coming from Kisumu, a port city of Western Kenya located on the shores of Lake Victoria.

These artists are mostly uneducated, have never been to school or exhibited before, while others are LBAG members and have participated to the last three exhibitions held at Market Village. Their canvases portray the authentic rural Kenyan landscape, which is still untouched by tourism and commercial frogs.
