Wasanii 2006 exhibition.

8-30 Nov 2006. Work produced by participants of the 5th Wasanii international artists workshop in Lamu in September is on display at the Alliance Franaise. The exhibition also includes photographs of work in situ and comments by the 29 artists from Australia, Ethiopia, India, Ireland, Nigeria, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Kenya. Wasanii is an annual event organised by the Kuona Trust to allow artists from different countries and working in different media to exchange ideas and share experience.
