The Open Society Institute (OSI), a foundation owned by left-wing Hungarian-born American financier and philanthropist George Soros, is inviting Egyptian documentary photographers to submit work for inclusion in an itinerant exhibition in Cairo from 28 October to 22 November. The show, titled
